**Salary**: $45 000 - $55 000

What we are seeking from you:

- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external calls and inquiries, efficiently triaging and tracking requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all companies.
- Greet clients, suppliers, and visitors professionally and warmly.
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for venues, materials, travel, accommodations, and catering.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, managing all related logistics.
- Prepare meeting documents, agendas, correspondence, presentations (PowerPoint), and edit reports/publications.
- Organize and maintain files, including sorting, filing, retrieving documents, and managing receipts.
- Provide information on Plan A's policies and procedures to employees and partnered homes.
- Develop proficiency in StaffStat software.
- Promote Plan A’s vision and inspire individuals to join and contribute to Plan A.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars.

What you bring:

- Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Must have a post-secondary diploma or degree in office administration.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude with strong collaborative skills.
- Ability to take initiative, be self-directed, adaptable, and innovative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including flexibility and teamwork.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, especially during high workload periods.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
