The Accounts Payable Administrator will strive to achieve the company’s financial objectives by processing invoices accurately and managing timelines of payments to maximize cash flow.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain AP inbox daily.
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving’s for new ACCPAC P.O system.
- Daily input of all PO related vendor invoices.
- Validate all employee expense reports.
- Prepare all cheque runs and EFT payments weekly/monthly and as needed for Inter-co, Canadian and US vendors.
- Process all inter-divisional invoices.
- Validate RITC’s on non-PO invoices.
- Prepare Credit Applications.
- Compile vendor information for EFT transmission.
- Match and mail weekly rush/urgent cheques or E.F.T.’s as needed.
- Prepare monthly taxes and ensure taxes are paid on time (PST/GST/HST).
- Record and process monthly rent expenses.
- Includes: Maintain spreadsheets for rents and prepaid rents.
- Respond to P.O supplier inquiries.
- Daily interaction with Branch Administrators to resolve o/s issues.
- Maintenance of A/P records.
- Reconcile and clear old A/P receiving’s and PO’s in Access database.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Training and Technical Requirements**
- Completion of High School
- Word and Excel
- Knowledge of ACCPAC - with PO and AP modules - Essential
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong Team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle large volumes Quick and accurately.
- Excellent Communication skills

**Experience**
- A minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible related work experience.
