Stony Plain, Canada Joffres Water Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager in daily operations and team management.
- Carry bottles to and from customers’ vehicles, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Clean, stock, and organize the storefront.
- Receive payments, answer phones, and take/relay messages.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
- Help with monitoring inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.
- Be prepared to help in other departments as needed, including our delivery and installations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
