**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Create job descriptions and manage posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act.

**What You'll Need**:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- 3+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is essential. Experience with high volume recruitment, talent sourcing and the hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations is important to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technologies is often required. Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to leverage technology for streamlining the recruitment process is highly valued.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment is important for success in this role.
