**Job Overview**:
**Ac**countabilities**:

- Meet internal stakeholder expectations, while ensuring that processes and practices adhere to employment legislation, collective agreements, and all applicable policies.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in talent attraction, industry events, career fairs and outreach initiatives to grow talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing West Park at various events and opportunities to market and source top talent.
- Leverage tools, technology, and processes to streamline recruitment operations and build talent acquisition capability across the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; successful track record in large and complex organizations, providing advice to leadership teams in corporate and operations environments on matters related to recruitment and staffing.
- Participating in a wide variety of projects, programs, and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, with post-secondary study in Human Resources preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience leading full-cycle talent acquisition processes with successful outcome; and adhering to all legislation, corporate policies, and collective agreements.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work closely with leaders and other stakeholders to define recruitment needs and develop new and innovative approaches, services and tools to enhance their ability to manage their businesses and functions.
- Proven ability to operate in a high volume, fast-paced environment; able to meet short-term staffing needs while at the same time building a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Solid knowledge of automated recruitment systems and organizational processes in recruitment within the public sector, ideally in a healthcare environment with both unionized and non-unionized professions.
