**Responsibilities**

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for reviewing planned material requirements and arranging purchase orders as well as maintaining inventory levels and reordering stock as needed.
- Negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor changes in the supply base and proactively manage potential impact of future supply
- Utilize procurement systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), to track orders and manage inventory
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**Experience**:

- Proven 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other procurement software tools
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchasing orders
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 and its related apps.

**Education**
- College/University diploma ideally in the field of Business or Supply Chain Management.
- College/University diploma ideally in the field of Engineering.
