Responsibilities:
1. Identifying, evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers, establishing good supplier relationships, and maintaining close cooperation with them;
2. Developing procurement plans and processes in accordance with the company's procurement policies and procedures, and executing procurement activities;
3. Developing procurement contracts and agreements, negotiating terms and conditions, and signing contracts with suppliers;
4. Monitoring the execution of procurement orders, ensuring timely delivery, and tracking supplier performance and quality standards;
5. Participating in supplier evaluation and selection processes, and evaluating supplier performance and quality standards;
6. Managing procurement inventory based on demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply and optimal utilization of materials;
7. Managing procurement costs and budgets, monitoring procurement process efficiency and cost savings;
8. Coordinating communication and cooperation between internal departments to ensure smooth and coordinated procurement processes.

Job requirements:
1. Strong procurement skills and experience, knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work well with suppliers and internal departments;
3. Strong business acumen and market analysis skills, ability to evaluate supplier market competitiveness and product quality;
4. Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple procurement projects and maintain multiple supplier relationships;
5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in emergency situations;
6. Strong teamwork and leadership skills, ability to work with the team, guide and support team members to complete work tasks;
7. Fluent Mandarin language skills in both oral and written communication, ability to communicate and negotiate with Chinese suppliers and clients.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
