**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:
Being a highly skilled communicator who is focused on successful customer outcomes, the Customer Onboarding Manager** **will lead implementations, drive timelines, and obtain high customer satisfaction by performing the following (and not exclusive) list of activities on a day-to-day basis:
- Provide impactful training to customers both at a district and school user level
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and influence them on the adoption of implementation and software usage best practices
- Provide project management services to each implementation in terms of reviewing project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration and effort
- Collaborate with other Professional Services team members and other teams on the delivery of services related to software implementations
- Liaise with Customer Success Managers to facilitate smooth transitions of customer as they progress through the journey from Implementation to Support
**What You’ll Need**:
- Required Experience:_
- Experience onboarding and training customers in the SaaS space, ideally in the K-12 segment
- Awareness of finance, bookkeeping and accounting practices
- 3+ years of project management experience in the delivery of SaaS professional services
- Proven oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of exemplary customer outcomes
- Meets deadlines and adheres to project management and Customer Success best practices
- Negotiation with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
- Required Skills:_
- Ability to multitask & deal with requests from multiple customers and departments within Kev Group
- Ability to communicate within technical and non-technical audiences, ability to interface with a broad range of contacts from technical staff, business partners, customers, and senior management
- Customer service skills with exceptional interpersonal communication and ability to influence
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner, adaptable, ability to “_wear different hats_” and adapt to changing customer expectations
- Thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Energetic, well mannered, enthusiastic, and highly positive attitude
- Very well organized with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities
