Bdc/service Appointment Coordinator

Gyro Mazda is currently seeking a dedicated **BDC/Service Appointment Coordinator** to become a valuable part of our team In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass managing scripted calls, both incoming and outgoing, and arranging as well as verifying service appointments for our esteemed customers. Moreover, you'll play a vital role in conducting subsequent follow-up calls to ensure that customers enjoyed a top-notch experience during their service appointments.
If you possess a vibrant energy, articulate communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service while embodying a "Team Player" mindset, then carefully follow the instructions provided below
**INSTRUCTIONS**

**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up calls
- Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required
**Required Skills**:

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
