We’re looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Representative who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing excellent service. If you have a strong background in managing export processes, solving problems, and building customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, and ensure goods flow smoothly across international borders. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key to maintaining customer satisfaction and improving efficiency.

This is an in-office position. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm_**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Customer Inquiries**: Respond promptly to customer queries regarding export shipments, product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines
- **Coordinate Shipments**: Oversee the export process from start to finish, including booking, documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- **Ensure Smooth Export Flow**: Monitor the flow of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facilitating timely deliveries.
- **Solve Complex Issues**: Proactively address any issues related to shipping, customs, or documentation, providing effective solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- **Maintain Customer Relationships**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- **Track and Update Shipment Status**: Keep customers informed of shipment status, delays, or changes, and provide accurate tracking information.
- **Document and Report**: Prepare accurate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
- **Drive Operational Efficiency**: Work closely with internal teams to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and streamline operations to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

**Core Qualities**:

- **3-5 years of e**xperience** in export documentation is required.
- Proven experience managing **high-volume supply chain logistics**.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong **team player**, with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
- Skilled at **multitasking** and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
- **Proficient in data entry**, with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional **customer service** skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent **communication skills**, including the ability to deliver presentations via Teams or Zoom.
- **Flexibility** to work an early shift (5/6 a.m. start), Monday through Friday.
