**Job Overview**

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates within legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to prevent violations and protect the organization's integrity.

**Duties**
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Investigate any compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training to staff on compliance-related topics
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in financial auditing
- Ability to conduct internal audits effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $62,449.00-$76,999.00 per year
