As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will actively prospect, identify, and engage with homeowners that can benefit from our energy savings solutions and products. Your goal will be to promote our offerings, educate customers on the benefits of energy efficiency, and ultimately secure new sales contracts. This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, technical knowledge of energy-saving technologies, and a passion for sustainable practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients
- Attend pre-booked appointments.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and needs assessments with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize revenue and secure long-term business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics as defined by the company.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and address customer concerns.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities, with the confidence to deliver compelling pitches to senior executives.
- Commitment to learn new skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

**Salary**: $80,149.69-$137,186.58 per year
