**Position Summary**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Manage end-to-end implementation of EMR system for new clients, including planning, scheduling, and execution of all implementation activities including back-end technical tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information, documents, and resources for successful onboarding, including data migration projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the migration of client data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct client orientation sessions, explaining processes, services, and addressing any questions or concerns related to data migration, with the support of a Data Analyst.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsible parties for each client onboarding which may include a data migration.
- Monitor the progress of multiple onboardings and data migration projects simultaneously, identifying potential roadblocks and taking proactive measures to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documentation and data, working closely to facilitate a smooth migration process.
- Handle escalated issues and client concerns related to onboarding or a data migration, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor while working towards effective resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and data migration.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, onboarding status, data migration details, and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the onboarding process and data migration procedures.
- Provide support to clients on utilizing their EMR and understanding the data migration process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to client onboarding, data migration, and support.

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business (management) or Computer Science preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to provide excellent client support and handle client escalations professionally.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to handle software back-end tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and track multiple concurrent onboardings and data migration projects with accuracy.
- Experience in managing data migration projects and ensuring data integrity would be an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to ensure successful onboarding and data migration outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, ensuring all required documentation, data, and tasks are properly managed and tracked.
- Prior experience in client support, project management, data migration, or onboarding roles.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage time and resources.
- High level of professionalism and integrity when handling client interactions, sensitive information, and data migration.
