**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to assist the President with the administrative duties of the company.
HPP Canada is a high-pace environment, and the individual must be able to handle multiple responsibilities in such an environment. We are a small company, and the day-to-day activities are constantly evolving with the company, and those who work with us thrive such a work environment.
This position’s main responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the company by assisting the President with various activities, as needed. The organization of files, equipment, records, and the general state of the office is the responsibility of this position, making consistent organizational skills essential. Some other examples of duties for this role include ordering equipment and raw materials, general filing, maintaining records in an orderly manner, communication with clients regarding complaints, picking up orders and scheduling of production, and other administrative duties. In addition, this position would be responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance matters of the company, which includes communicating with our CFIA agent. Due to the size of the company, most employees wear “multiple hats” and have a variety of responsibilities, and this role is no exception. We are looking for someone who enjoys having various roles in a company, gaining skills in a variety of disciplines.

- Well-rounded and thus are flexible in what you are working on and the skills required to complete tasks, even if they are previously unfamiliar to you
- Someone who can work for someone who is less structured in a work-capacity
- Do not require constant supervision and assistance, but you are also not afraid to ask questions or for help when needed
**PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION**:
- Previous administrative duties and responsabilities
- Secondary School degree as a minimum
- Experience in a food-related facility is beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
