Clinic Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor clinic budget and expenses, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate with insurance companies for billing and reimbursement purposes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Handle patient complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns

Qualifications:

- Have an Accounting background or related field
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to analyze, record, and report data and make informed decisions
