This role will be based from our Mississauga head office where we have adopted a hybrid model of working in office an average of three days per week.

**The Position**

Are you passionate about science and looking for a patient-focused company that will inspire you and support your development? If so, join us as a Marketing Manager, Oncology in our Mississauga office.

**Your role as Marketing Manager includes**:

- Leadership of integrated cross-functional brand teams and development of the Integrated Brand plans
- Build, lead and implement customer marketing activities to promote our therapy with key Specialists and partners
- Develop and deliver marketing presentations to the sales team and other brand team members
- Lead the promotional materials development and management our agency partners
- Positively influence brand performance and profitability while managing promotional expenses
- Partner with external experts to elevate our leadership position and ultimately improve care for patients
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on brand initiatives in ovarian and prostate cancer

**Your qualifications include**:

- University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
- You have a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, and you have demonstrated your impact in multiple roles such as sales, marketing, professional education, sales training, analytics and insights
- Previous oncology experience is an asset
- KOL relationship management experience is a preference
- You effectively manage multiple projects to meet timelines and goals
- You think critically and focus your work on the highest priorities aligned to the overall strategic direction with a patient centric approach
- You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships
- You have strong communication skills: writing and presentation and you are people focused in discussions
- You have experience with digital platforms/channels
- You are committed to a developing a cohesive team environment
