As our marketing manager, your work is core to supporting the recruitment of job-seekers and employers, as well as driving awareness and acquisition with strategic partners and prospective clients. Your days are busy managing multi-channel campaigns including coordinating with key team members on content, digital media and analytics. You will work from home with our team virtually leveraging channels such as Slack and Zoom to stay connected.
Responsible for hitting program intake targets, you are set apart by your commitment to strategic planning, testing new ideas and validating the best approach to growth. You recognize that marketing is about more than a one way stream of content and pride yourself on building the brand and creating engagement.
**What you’ll work on**:
- Support the creation and ongoing management of key persona profiles to ensure the team has clarity on the target audience
- As a roll up your sleeve type of position you’ll execute the marketing plan including configuring paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn and ensuring they are meeting business objectives
- Work with our web developer to ensure our online presence is consistent with our brand and sets best practices for user experience and customer experience.
- Use a data-driven approach to inform campaign recommendations and manage optimizations, including providing reports on how campaigns are performing against targets
- Manage marketing automation campaigns
- Write and edit copy using a keyword strategy and relevancy match for landing pages.
- Manage relationships, scope of work and budgets with external agency partners and vendors
**What you bring to the table**:
- Minimum 5 years integrated marketing experience including hands-on digital experience
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong working knowledge of Linkedin Ads, Google Ads and remarketing
- Google Certification in Analytics preferred
- Post
- secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Innovative, self-starter, able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work and problem solve independently to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage and prioritize a diverse workload
