You as a Manager, Marketing will: 

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote projects, services, new products and the brand as a whole.  Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and tactics and regularly assess, deliver, and report on their performance. Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Collaborate with internal communications, digital, social media and creative teams as well as external agencies to create execute integrated marketing plans. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and positioning of projects. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media performance, and brand positioning , to optimize marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and industry partners to support marketing efforts. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Is this the right role for you?

College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in the real estate industry. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads is an asset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information to diverse audiences. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
