Then this job is for you Maxim Truck and Trailer is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our Winnipeg head office team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will open and maintain truck & trailer sales, provide related sales information for managers, Sales Professionals, and the accounting function to ensure accurate SLR records and internal/external customer satisfaction

**Responsibilities**
- Processes receipt of sales documents, prepares file for management approval, and creates internal sales announcements.
- Adds new & used unit occurrence information to the system, assigns accurate characteristic types/prompts according to Maxim guidelines and process. Updates the unit sales file with safeties.
- Prepares payment requests, complete pay outs to lenders, and post receipts of inventory.
- Updates and completes information on new orders for lease and rental units, for fleet-Trak reporting.
- Issues internal & external purchase orders (PO) as required according to company guidelines and standards. Create, match and post AP invoices & forwards to A/P for payment. Process cheque requests for non-Maxim vendors. Files documents accordingly.
- Posts related accounting entries through Fusion to close the transfer of in/out from/to sales inventory.
- Process and post manufacturer invoices when new units are built. Store forms & upload them to sales potentials following Maxim standards.
- Provides relief to reception daily and other team members as required for vacation, and sick day relief.

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 3 years office administration
- Knowledge of basic accounting (debits/credits)
- Switchboard
- Entry level accounting course an asset
- Exposure to working with sales reps preferred
- Understanding of the transportation industry (retail side) an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of staff.
- Organized, sets priorities, and meets deadlines
- Numbers & detail-oriented, proven accuracy
- Ability to deal with interruptions
- Proficiency with MS Word & Excel
- Karmak/Fusion knowledge an asset
- Deals professionally with confidential and sensitive information

Hours are: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible)
