We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced Sales team in our Winnipeg office.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative support to the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Field Sales teams.
- Coordinating all Polaris Canada Retail Shows, Demo Rides, and Sneak Previews. You will book floor space and coordinate with the display company You will fulfill all brochure and price sheet requirements, as well as coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure the correct units are available for the shows.
- Assisting in the management and coordination of National, Fleet, and Government account sales in Canada. You will enter unit and parts, garments, and accessories (PG&A) orders. In addition, you will coordinate shipments with dealers and end users, invoice all sales, and provide after-sales support as required.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholder teams to ensure the timely delivery, tracking, and invoicing of Promo units which include media and association loaner units, contest giveaways, and any other units as required by the product groups.
- Leading the Canadian Snow Race coordination in conjunction with the Polaris US Race Team. You will communicate with race applicants regarding race schools, letters of acceptance, unit payments, and legal release requirements.
- Organizing on/off-site meetings for Polaris Canada sales team.
- Maintaining electronic filing and records management system and other workflow procedures.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities needed to be successful**:

- Two years of related work experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Bilingual (English / French) a plus
- Ability to build rapport with varied groups of people
- Ability to meet deadlines, deal with an interruptive environment, and maintain equilibrium when under stress
- Computer experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. AS400 experience a plus
