**Marketing & Communications Coordinator**

We are seeking a Part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us increase our brand exposure as well as boost conversations with our community using digital, print, and social media platforms.

You will conduct market research, develop marketing content, coordinate events and collateral production, and track KPIs. You will also work closely with design, sales/retention, and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across multiple channels.

To be successful as a Marketing Coordinator at CAMSC, you should have a deep curiosity for marketing, a creative mind, and your heart set on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. You should also be able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but willingness and genuine passion to learn every day are the most important skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Set up and monitor tracking systems for online marketing activities, such as web analytics (Google platforms), Salesforce, Constant Contact, etc
- Copywriting skills for the web, including but not limited to articles (WP), ads and social media
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Collaborate with design agencies to produce engaging and attractive marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, such as trade shows, galas and conferences
- Communicate with prospects, clients, media, and partners to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Support the marketing manager and other marketing staff with daily tasks and projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field or currently taking on a marketing/digital marketing course.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience with market research, campaign management, and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office, web analytics, and Google platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with CMS, Wordpress for instance
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience with DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
