**Communications and Executive Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Establish priorities and coordinate a variety of events such as seminars, training, meetings
- Respond independently to inquiries that are specific and require thorough knowledge of established policies and procedures
- Complete financial forms: expense reports, timesheets, cheque requisitions, and purchase orders
- Write a variety of documents: correspondence, procedure manuals, reports, and minutes
- Provide policy and procedure information to others including as part of the On Call rotation
- Collect, verify, and input data into a variety of spreadsheets and databases
- Update and maintain information on websites and social networks
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Update and maintain confidential files and records
- Provide direction to others in how to carry out work tasks and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, databases; participate in data entry and data collection
- Greet and direct community visitors
- Other general administrative duties and responsibilities as required

**Our New Team Member will Have 5+ Years Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field
- Experience in Finance - accounts payable/receivable, donations, financial planning/costing
- Understanding of social media and website management
- Planning, organizing and coordinating a variety of events/activities
- Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes and preparing external correspondence
- Providing administrative support to and working with senior leadership teams/ Board of Directors
- Strong database background ie. client based software
- Proficient MSOffice (Word, Excel, Publisher), Outlook and Canva considered an asset
- Experience supporting On Call or scheduling considered an asset

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional **oral and written communication **with a proven ability to **prioritize and organize**:

- Relevant **diploma or degree **or **a combination** of previous experience and education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $66,295.00-$74,539.00 per year
