As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on coordinating technical aspects, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Exposure to innovative off-site modular construction practices.
Retirement Savings Plan
Serve as the liaison between the Project Manager, customers, and vendors.
Document and communicate project costs, forecasts, and procedures to the management team.
Identify and communicate conflicts within project teams, create contingency plans, and mitigate risks.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
Manage project activities including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and coordinate with contractors for site approvals.
Evaluate and qualify potential subcontractors, compare quotes, and issue purchase orders.
Prepare building permit documentation and liaise with municipalities to acquire permits.
Minimum of 5 years of trades-related work experience on residential construction sites.
Post-secondary diploma in Architectural or Construction Technology or related field preferred.
Experience in the off-site modular construction industry is an asset.
Red Seal Journeyman carpenter ticket would be considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore is an asset.
