Senior Inventory Deployment Planner

We are looking for a senior inventory deployment planner who will report to the team lead, inventory and deployment parts & accessories, and who’ll be tasked with moving our parts and accessories to our various regional distribution centers. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and customer promise. You’ll be at the forefront of service level, our dealers and client experiences, as well as our healthy inventory management.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Oversee the planned availability of parts and accessories for our recreational products while ensuring that inventory goals are met in international distribution centres.
  • Balance total cost with service promise through management of rush order (air, expedited) VS standard (sea or ground).
  • Achieve regional and segment service‑level objectives.
  • Serve as a resource person for the region and actively participate in issue resolutions.
  • Determine the most efficient planning processes and tools to achieve operational objectives.
  • Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of stocking parameters for international operations.
  • In the interest of continuous improvement, develop and implement work methods and tools to increase the international visibility of available inventory.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) and French is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Constant drive to improve.
  • Organized.
  • Familiarity with the SAP (S4 and ECC) environment, IBP, MS Office applications.
  • SQL and/or Snowflake are asset.
