**Commercial Line Business (75% of work)**:

- Review all commercial risk submissions and send them out to the market for a quote.
- Prepare binding requests to underwriters for new business or policy changes.
- Review commercial policy changes and proceed to the company for changes.
- Assist brokers with respect to referral with underwriters and get approval.
- File commercial claims to the carriers.

**Personal Line Broker Support (25% of work)**:

- Obtain underwriting approval for personal line risk.
- Connect with insured for coverage discussion.

- Minimum of 5 year experience in Commercial Insurance
- RIBO License in good standing required
- Fluent in English & Chinese.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
