Child Care Assistant

At Mrs. Ng Man Sun, we are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Assistant to join our team. As a Child Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities- Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including changing diapers, sterilizing bottles, and preparing formulas.
- Engage children in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and ensure children's dietary needs are met.
- Establish a daily routine that includes rest periods, meal times, and playtime, and ensure children's emotional well-being is supported.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied hours and respond to changing circumstances.
- Reliability and trustworthiness, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
- Non-smoking environment.
- Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
- Work in employer's/client's home.
