**Administrative Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team in our Lethbridge office. The

An important function of the role entails document processing, proofreading, editing, photocopying, compiling, binding, and assembling specification and drawing packages. Another key function of the position is to ensure that company standards are adhered to on a wide variety of documents including correspondence, presentations, reports and specifications. Therefore, an eye for detail and excellent proofreading skills are essential.

Your Contribution

As an
**Administrative Assistant/Receptionist,** you will work in collaboration with the Administrative Support Team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Greeting clients, contractors, vendors, couriers and other delivery personnel in a warm and professional manner.
- Answering, filtering and directing incoming calls to appropriate person.
- Scheduling boardroom bookings, setting up and cleaning boardrooms.
- Arranging catering.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and organizing various supplies.
- Administering all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Your Profile
- High School diploma.
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration will be given preference.
- Minimum two years working in a professional setting as an admin assistant/receptionist.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
- Proficient computer and typing skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Exceptional time management and strong organizational skills.
- Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality displayed at all times.
- Adaptable and able to work with multiple personalities within a collective team environment.
