Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) excellent(e) **Chargé(e) de Comptes Interentreprises (B2B) **pour rejoindre notre équipe L’objectif de ce poste est d’augmenter les ventes de chaque compte en offrant une solution d’approvisionnement unique à tous nos clients. Il s’agit d’une opportunité passionnante pour un(e) professionnel(le) de la vente interne qui aime réussir, relever des défis, nouer des relations et dépasser les objectifs de vente.

**À propos du poste**:

- Votre principale responsabilité sera d’atteindre tous les objectifs de vente en découvrant et en gagnant de nouvelles opportunités de vente parmi les comptes qui vous seront confiés;
- Par téléphone, vous ferez la promotion de notre « solution d’approvisionnement unique » afin de permettre aux clients d’acheter des articles parmi toutes les gammes de produits offertes par notre entreprise;
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec vos clients actuels, nos fournisseurs partenaires, les équipes de développement commercial et les directeur(trice)s de comptes en vue d’augmenter les ventes et de fidéliser les clients grâce à une stratégie de vente proactive.

**Ce que vous devrez faire**:

- Atteindre systématiquement les objectifs de revenus et de marge brute dans tous les secteurs d’activité, grâce à une stratégie de vente proactive;
- Gagner de nouvelles parts de marché en travaillant avec des collaborateurs à l’interne dans le but d’identifier toutes les opportunités d’accroissement des ventes;
- Mettre en œuvre toutes les stratégies de vente de Staples pour permettre à l’entreprise d’atteindre ses objectifs grâce à la réalisation de nouvelles ventes auprès de nouveaux clients;
- Développer une très bonne relation avec plusieurs personnes clés de l’entreprise de chaque client; Atteindre les indicateurs de rendement clés et les objectifs de vente fixés.

**Nous recherchons une personne**:
Qui possède une certaine expérience de la vente interne et de la vente de solutions par téléphone;

Qui possède de fortes aptitudes en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles;

Qui possède des compétences supérieures en matière de vente consultative avec des capacités de conclusion avérées;

Qui a à cœur d’atteindre les indicateurs de rendement clés en identifiant et en tirant profit de nouvelles opportunités;

Qui connaît les plateformes de gestion des relations-clients;

Qui est capable de travailler de manière autonome pour atteindre des objectifs et de travailler efficacement en équipe;

Qui a le respect des échéances et le souci du détail et qui possède de solides compétences organisationnelles;

Qui a démontré sa capacité d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente;

Qui fait preuve de créativité et de savoir-faire en matière de médias sociaux et s’adapte à un environnement commercial en constante évolution.
