**Role Summary and Purpose**

Leasing Consultants play a vital role in the **Old Oak** community, acting as the face of the organization and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from initial contact through to occupancy. You will assist prospective residents and handle leasing-related administrative tasks, all while fostering a positive work environment and contributing to high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

**Leasing & Sales**
- Meet prospective residents and provide information on apartment and building offerings
- Utilize consultative sales skills to identify ideal rental options
- Recommend lease approvals to the Property Manager
- Maintain a "future prospects" log for proactive follow-up
- Stay up to date on Residential Tenancies Act and internal leasing policies

**Administrative**
- Maintain and organize leasing marketing materials and resident documentation
- Support the Resident Service office with administrative tasks, including delivering notices

**Reception and Customer Service**
- Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and provide additional customer service during peak times
- Aid residents with insurance processes
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience

**Qualifications, Skills & Requirements**
- Positive and energetic attitude, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is an asset
- Sales or leasing experience is preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, with a commitment of 37.5 to 44 hours per week

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
