Your position is at the heart of our sales force, where you are tasked with exceeding sales targets. You will build and nurture lasting customer relationships and provide unparalleled service, setting industry standards in customer satisfaction. *What We Offer:*

- Respond proactively to online inquiries and conduct follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Schedule and prepare for customer appointments, providing a comfortable and informative environment.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, providing demonstrations, and facilitating test drives.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and automotive needs.
- Employ effective negotiation skills to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and expand industry knowledge.
- Quickly adapt to new sales strategies and tools introduced by the dealership. *What We’re Looking For:*
- A fearless, persuasive work ethic with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong desire to compete and excel in a sales-driven environment.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Company car

- 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay Experience:
- Sales and Negotiation: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification:
