**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Consultant, your role is pivotal in sustaining our high sales performance and upholding our reputation for customer loyalty. Integral to our team, you will be dedicated to building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond proactively to online inquiries and conduct follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Schedule and prepare for customer appointments, providing a comfortable and informative environment.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, providing demonstrations, and facilitating test drives.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and automotive needs.
- Employ effective negotiation skills to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to team objectives by sharing best practices and supporting collective achievements.
- Engage in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and expand industry knowledge.
- Quickly adapt to new sales strategies and tools introduced by the dealership.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A fearless, persuasive work ethic with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong desire to compete and excel in a sales-driven environment.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- OMVIC License (preferred but not essential; we can assist in certification).
