Clinic Office Administrator

**Position Overview**:
The applicant should be available on:
- Monday from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Tuesday from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Thursday - 9:00 am to 3:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**: Greet patients warmly, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate patient records, process billing and insurance claims, and manage office supplies.
- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations and support practitioners as needed.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all relevant information is conveyed accurately.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.
