**Administrative / Financial Assistant**
We are **El Niño Flooring** serving the west area of the GTA. Ontario. We sell and install a wide variety of flooring products for both residential and commercial clients.
**About the opportunity**
Provide proactive administrative support including liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure all needs of the President are met.
Create and maintain an executive filing system including process improvements and digitization.
Prepare and review excel spreadsheets for all sales revenues, sales Quotes, product and marketing expenditures, along with regular project updates, profitability projections, expenses etc.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders in the industry such as contractors, Manufacturers and suppliers.
Act as back up to accounting, sales and the warehouse manager, should there be a need for additional coverage.
**About You**
College degree or equivalent.
Finance experience.
Working knowledge of cash flows and accounting.
Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft office etc.
Good written and verbal communication skills. coupled with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, function independently but also be able to work as part of a team.
**Job Type**: This is a full time permanent position.
**Salary**: $26.00 per hour.
35hour week.
**Salary**: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
