Since that time, we have tripled our portfolio, expanded our team to 21 staff and are now offering mortgages across Ontario. Our rapid growth has resulted in this full-time employment opportunity.

**Our Products**:Mortgages up to $200,000 for Ontario homeowners.

**Our Clients**:We distribute our products through licensed Ontario Mortgage Brokers. We do not solicit the public directly.

**What you will do**:

- Independently handle assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively;
- Accurately enter data into our internal CRM system (Sales Force);
- Review of approved mortgages for complete and accurate books and records;
- Assist with mortgage submissions;
- Provide general administrative support that contributes to efficient workflow and provide back up for other administrative functions as required.

**What you will bring**:

- Post Secondary education (preferably in Business Administration or related field) or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mortgage and Title Insurance Industry experience
- A high degree of comfort and competence using technology, ideally experience with a CRM tool
- Exemplary attention to detail and demonstrated ability to accurately enter data and access information
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions using sound judgement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-motivation with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify and recommend administrative process efficiencies
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Proven success with, and a passion for, exceeding client expectations in a customer service driven business
