Inside Sales Representative

**Résumé de l’emploi et mandat **:Le représentant des ventes internes agira comme ressource principale attitrée aux ventes et à la gestion des comptes existants et nouvellement acquis à l’intérieur du territoire assigné. Dans l’exercice de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de l’augmentation, de la distribution et des ventes au sein de la région desservie; vous serez appelé à faire croître le nombre de prospects et la clientèle, tout en maintenant et en développant les relations en place et celles à construire. Alors que le représentant des ventes externes est souvent considéré comme un « chasseur », le représentant des ventes internes est quant à lui considéré davantage comme un « agriculteur » qui cultive et développe les liens entre l’entreprise et la clientèle. Il va sans dire que le RPI se doit d’être un communicateur hors-pair.
**Exigences**

- Augmenter la distribution et les ventes auprès des comptes existants et nouvellement acquis
- Posséder trois (3) années d’expérience en vente sur le terrain ou en gestion de territoire
- Introduire avec succès de nouveaux produits et travailler avec les clients et les prospects afin de rencontrer leurs besoins respectifs
- Traiter efficacement les commandes de produits et maintenir un contact régulier avec chacun des comptes gérés
- Répondre aux demandes et aux plaintes de la clientèle rapidement et efficacement
- Avoir une aisance à travailler en équipe
**Responsabilités**:
- Atteindre les objectifs en ce qui a trait aux revenus des ventes, du volume et de la distribution dans le territoire assigné
- Développer les comptes existants et en acquérir de nouveaux grâce aux ventes complémentaires et aux appels spontanés
- Mettre l’accent sur les caractéristiques clés des produits en se basant sur l’analyse des besoins des clients et sur la connaissance des capacités d’un produit et de ses limitations
- Être attentif et à l’écoute des besoins des clients et répondre à leurs questions au sujet des produits, des prix, des disponibilités, des utilisations possibles et termes techniques
- Rencontrer les clients potentiels ou se déplacer en voiture afin de vendre des produits
- Distribuer des échantillons de produits et de la documentation détaillée
- Expliquer les produits, les prix et démontrer les utilisations possibles
- Identifier des prospects et créer de nouvelles opportunités en utilisant le répertoire des entreprises, en suivant les opportunités existantes associées à chaque compte client, en participant à des événements ou en joignant des groupes de l’industrie et en étant présent lors d’expositions et de conférences.
- Préparer les communications et la documentation relatives à chaque compte, incluant les rapports d’appels téléphoniques entrées dans le système de gestion des relations et aux commandes
- Collaborer avec vos collègues afin d’échanger des informations telles que les stratégies de ventes et des informations marketing
- Mettre à jour les dossiers clients et autres tâches connexes
**Connaissances, talents, habiletés et expérience**:
- Familiarité avec nos gammes de produits, nos plastiques et nos matériaux privilégiés
- Expérience en gestion et/ou en ventes (un atout)
- Connaissances des principes et des méthodes de démonstration, de promotion et de ventes des produits et services, incluant le développement de stratégies et de tactiques marketing, les _démo _de produits, les techniques de vente, le contrôle de vente et les analyses compétitives
- Connaissances des principes et des processus permettant une expérience de service à la clientèle supérieure, incluant une évaluation des besoins de la clientèle, la rencontre des standards de qualité quant aux services rendus et le suivi après-vente
