The Service department is seeking a dedicated professional to cover the maternity leave of our **Service Coordinator.**

The service coordinator is responsible for all things paperwork in the office and ensures the team operates smoothly alongside the service manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service inbox and service phone alongside the service manager
- Create, execute and invoice work orders
- Track technician payroll hours and time on service jobs
- In Shop & Mobile
- Track service job status
- Reach out to customers about service
- Schedule service work with the help of the service manager
- Quote work on machines with the help of the technicians & service manager
- Work alongside the sales and parts teams to ensure all customer needs are met
- Work alongside Suppliers for warranty purposes and service support
- Coordinate shipments and associated paperwork
- Vehicle management
- Paperwork, service scheduling and drivers hours of service
- Audit computer systems for accuracy
