Food Service Manager

At RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet operational demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
- Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physically demanding role.
- Attention to detail is essential.
