**The impact you will have**:
The Analyst, Planning & Insights, will be focused on building models to set KPI targets and quotas/plans, determining headcount requirements, predicting capacity, and conducting in-depth analysis to understand key drivers to sales growth and operational effectiveness. This is a critical function in supporting the long-term plan of the Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations organizations. The role will require the synthesis of large amounts of data into actionable insights and the ability to communicate them clearly to executive leadership.
**What you’ll do**:
- Run segments of the annual sales planning model and/or monthly forecast
- Develop and run operational capacity models
- Assess sales coverage and customer segments
- Assess territory optimization and planning guidelines
- Identify key drivers and trends in operational effectiveness
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for sales compensation/rewards
- Support modelling of short & long term impacts of investments
- Create reporting to track progress towards/evaluate key programs and objectives
- Champion the standardization of and use of data in analysis
- Support other month end, quarter end and year end planning processes as required
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- 2 years minimum of work experience in business strategy & operations, sales planning, business analytics, or consulting
- Highly skilled in Excel with experience building models
- Strong PowerPoint and communication skills
- Experienced Power BI user or equivalent experience with visualization tools
- Experience with Statistical analysis in R or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with sound business judgement
- Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
- Experience working with Sales or Customer data in a B2B and Technology environment
- The ability to work with high degree of focus and attention to detail is a must
