Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Office of the President and International Card Services (ICS) Canada business.
  • Assist in managing key strategic processes, including ICS HQ-led initiatives.
  • Support the annual strategic planning process and track key metrics and scorecards.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the team's strategy and long-range plan.
  • Manage a comprehensive colleague communication strategy.
  • Represent ICS Canada on various committees, taskforces, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A highly motivated self-starter with exceptional financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in a strategic capacity.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility, excellence in delivery, and absolute discretion.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operational Excellence, HR, and Risk teams.
