**A Day in the Life**:

The Learning Specialist is responsible for the delivery of learning activities focused on standard new hire training and other training activities. This may include sales, management and professional development for our employees. Demonstrates excellent facilitation skills and a passion for delivering high impact learning sessions. Ability to influence others, drive a strong learning agenda and partner with business leaders. This role has an impact on our corporate training programs, new hire performance, employee engagement and development.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Garantir une approche de l'apprentissage et du développement fondée sur les meilleures pratiques dans le cadre de toutes les initiatives d'apprentissage de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de formation et de développement de l'entreprise, selon les besoins, à divers projets et activités de formation.
- Aider à fournir un soutien aux classes de nouveaux embauchés en ce qui concerne les problèmes techniques/de connexion pendant la formation.
- Assurer la cohérence de l'agenda des nouveaux embauchés et promouvoir l'engagement dans la formation virtuelle des nouveaux embauchés.
- Assurer la formation dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise et dans d'autres domaines, en fonction des tâches qui lui sont confiées et de la formation reçue.
- Évaluer les solutions de formation afin de déterminer l'impact des programmes d'apprentissage en termes d'apprentissage sur le lieu de travail et de retour sur investissement.
- Facilitate the integration of content with the knowledge and experience of the learners.
- When needed partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and opportunities for business. improvement and personal development.
- Leverage blended learning approaches and delivery recommendations to meet learning requirements for ongoing development and maturity of the organization, ensuring they are aligned to wider organization goals.
- Ensure best practice approach to learning and development across all Corporate Learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Learning and Development team, as assigned, on various projects and learning activities.
- Assist in providing support for new-hire classes in relation to technical/logon issues during training.
- Ensure consistency in following new-hire agenda and promoting engagement in virtual new-hire training.
- Provide training across the corporate footprint and other areas, as assigned and trained.
- Evaluate training solutions to assess impact of learning programs in terms of learning on the job and ROI.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Licence universitaire ou expérience équivalente en RH.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à mener une analyse des besoins en formation ou à apprendre à le faire.
- Une expérience de travail avec des publics multilingues est un plus.
- Sang-froid, maturité et compétences interpersonnelles pour traiter de manière professionnelle avec tous les niveaux de la direction locale.
- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to conduct, or learn to, training needs analysis.
- Experience of working with multi-lingual audiences is a plus.
- Poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of local management.
