Windsor Career College is recruiting for a part-time **Office Administrator/Receptionist** for our team at the Windsor Campus. Potential to grow the position to full-time.

The core duties of the position are administrative including general office duties, providing support to various levels across the organization. This position reports directly to the Campus Manager & Administration Team.

The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be personable, a strong team player, detail oriented, deliver results with a mindset of continuous improvement.

**Receptionist/Office Assistant - Core requirements**
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to Type 40+ wpm

**Schedule**: Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, ON N8X 2X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 2 years (required)
