We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team on a one year term who will contribute to overall success of our luxury brand by providing a high-level experience for our tenants and clientele. You will need to have strong attention to detail with the ability to work well within a team environment.

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for day-to-day administrative operations of the building
- Be available to tenants for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community
- Responsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and following procedures of serving notices to tenants
- Daily grounds and building inspections to determine if repairs, preventative maintenance or cleaning is required ensuring complex is maintained within corporate policies and expectations
- Show available suites to potential tenants
- Assign parking to tenants and monitor visitor parking spaces
- When applicable respond to after normal business hours phone calls or inquiries and be available if an afterhours emergency occurs**You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in property management
- Demonstrated ability to greet tenants and guests and answer pertinent questions with professionalism and relentless in exceeding resident expectations
- Previous experience working within an office environment
- Must be flexible with schedule [evenings/weekends when required]
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated
- Provide and maintain satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector check upon hire
