**Responsibilities**:

- Create a budget for the office and monitor expenditure levels.
- Oversee the work of administrative assistants and administrative support staff.
- Be familiar with office management software such as Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Manage office supply inventory.

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Dental care
- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
