- Define and enforce a governance framework to select what is in the portfolio, ensuring the proper visibility and approvals are in place.
- Regularly review project progress, performance against targets, and any deviations, and send progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.
- Generate audience-specific deliverables, rollup views, and messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to build and execute against program roadmap.
- Work directly with external technology providers, customers or partners depending on requirements.
- Make connections (to people and/or technologies) and ensure the right people are part of the conversation at the right time.
- Focus on the larger business and technology picture (i.e., customer experience, processes, opportunities, and/or problems to be solved).
- Manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, communicate program status and keep the scope of engineering efforts under control.
- Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., “Path to green”), and escalating appropriately.
- Deeply understand the operational, business and technical requirements of the solutions being built and drive the right outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in technology
- 5+ years of project management or scrum master experience.
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
- Proven experience with managing global teams with DevOps practices.
- Retail experience with knowledge in enterprise systems.
- Experience in agile/enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Zoom, MS Teams.
- Preferred Scrum Master certification.
- Preferred Flex or other Product Lifecycle Management experience.

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
