This position would be based from our MNP Digital office located on Granville St, Vancouver.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the delivery of Power Platform solutions.
- Lead a team of Power Platform consultants and analysts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning with clients
- Network and take a leadership role in the local professional, business, and community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
- Develop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal development

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a College’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA degree, or equivalent
- Effective Time Management and organization skills
- Proven track record of successful program/project execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and influence across organizational boundaries
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for the IT and the Software world
- Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork - a bonus if you are bilingual (French)
