Vos responsabilités engloberont la supervision de l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, de la conception au lancement sur le marché et au-delà. En collaborant étroitement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous réaliserez des études de marché pour identifier les tendances émergentes et les besoins des clients, traduisant ces informations en solutions innovantes de consommables pour le secteur de l'exploration. Votre vision stratégique guidera le développement des produits, veillant à ce que nos offres soient enlignées avec les demandes du marché et les exigences réglementaires. De plus, vous interagirez avec les parties prenantes à l'échelle mondiale, établissant et maintenant des relations solides pour comprendre les subtilités régionales et optimiser la position des produits.**Responsabilités principales**:
**Gestion de produits et innovation**
- Supporter l’innovation et la gestion de produits tout en collaborant et en ralliant les différentes parties prenantes.
- Supporter la stratégie globale du portefeuille des produits d’exploration et assurer sa mise en œuvre au sein de l'organisation en collaboration avec la direction marketing, commerciale et l’ingénierie.
- Participer activement dans les différents comités.
- Visiter les clients, distributeurs, équipes commerciales et techniques afin de recueillir et valider l’information marché, produits, modèle d’affaire et concurrence.
- Suivre la performance du portefeuille de produits, proposer et suivre une feuille de route de développement en lien avec l'évolution des gammes et des opportunités.
- Participer activement aux salons professionnels.
- S’impliquer et influencer les tests chantier.
- Supporter le cycle d’innovation, dont le front end of innovation
- Animer des formations sur les produits et fournir le matériel technique et commercial nécessaire au déploiement de la stratégie produit.
- Agir comme lien entre les équipes de ventes, marketing, ingénierie, technique et la direction.

**Exigences d’emploi**:

- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou expérience équivalente
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits, R&D, vente et/ou en marketing
- Facilité de communiquer et présenter
- Lieu de travail : Canada (idéalement basé à Montréal) ou les États-Unis
- Mode de travail : hybride
- Voyager +/- 10 % du temps
- ****As a Global Product Manager for Exploration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our exploration coring consumables on a global scale. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market launch and beyond. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, translating these insights into innovative consumable solutions for the exploration sector. Your strategic vision will guide product development, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders globally, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand regional nuances and optimize product positioning.**Main Responsibilities**:
**Product Management and Innovation**
- Support innovation and managing the product portfolio while collaborating and rallying various stakeholders.
- Support the overall strategy of the exploration product portfolio and ensure its implementation within the organization in collaboration with marketing, sales, and engineering departments.
- Active participation in various committees.
- Visit clients, distributors, sales teams, and technical teams to gather and validate information on market trends, products, business models, and competition.
- Monitor the performance of the product portfolio, propose, and track a development roadmap in line with the evolution of product lines and opportunities.
- Actively participates in trade shows.
- Engage and influence field tests.
- Support the innovation cycle, including the front end of innovation.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide the technical and commercial materials necessary for the deployment of the product strategy.
- Act as a link between sales, marketing, engineering, technical teams, and management.

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, sales, R&D and/or marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
