**Job Title: Project Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task lists, and resource allocations, to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Collaborate closely with the design team, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication, address project needs, and resolve any potential issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely updates, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshooting any obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and other project-related records.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports to support effective financial management.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinating project-related logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the interior design industry, demonstrating a successful track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Airtable, Trello, or Asana, is required to effectively manage project tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, G Suite, or similar platforms, for efficient team communication and coordination.
- Experience using document management and collaboration tools, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft SharePoint, to ensure seamless file sharing and version control.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unexpected challenges
- A bachelor's degree in interior design, project management, or a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
