Condor’s principals have over 40 years of experience in land development. Our core assets consist of high-quality industrial, office, medical and retail properties comprising over 6.7 million square feet, all strategically located throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

Reposting to the Operations Manager (Projects) of the Property Management division, the project coordinator will be responsible to handle a mixed portfolio of projects and operational improvements within Retail, Industrial, Office/ Medical properties in the GTA and surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operator Role**:

- Plan and manage landlord work related to tenant move out and move in processes.
- Lead on development, implementation and maintenance of asset records in property management system.
- Lead on development, implementation and maintenance of document management system (i.e. Yardi Sharepoint Integration)
- Plan and manage tenant improvement projects.
- Plan and manage the tracking of energy efficiency and modelling of buildings for efficiency goals and as required by Government programs such as EWRB.
- Participate in business analysis and modelling as assigned from time to time.
- Perform Maintenance Representative duties from time to time as backup for vacation/absence fill in
- Other special projects as assigned from time to time.

**Safety**:

- Learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, and provincial safety rules.
- Ensure that unsafe conditions are reported and corrected in a timely manner.
- Ensure safety minded perspective is incorporated into new building improvement designs and construction

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service
- Be able to work evenings and weekends as applicable.
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the property.
- Be proactive, assertive and onerous of designated property assigned
- Liaise with trades and contractors on repairs/services required for your designated properties.

**Education, Experience, and Key Competencies**
- Education in Property Management, PMP, Construction Management, is a strong asset, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the commercial/retail industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager 7S is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
