Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, with a specific focus on embroidery and screen-printing services.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, including embroidery and screen-printing production, quality control, and supply chain, ensuring the recruitment of senior staff positions with specialized knowledge in these processes.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to optimize efficiency in embroidery and screen-printing services, maintaining high-quality standards in line with B2B customer expectations.
- Develop and implement operational objectives for the embroidery and screen-printing services division, formulate and approve policies and programs tailored to the B2B market.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions related to embroidery and screen-printing services, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff within the embroidery and screen printing services division, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive productivity and innovation.

Key Competencies:

- Embroidery & Screen Printing Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of embroidery and screen printing processes, technology, and quality control specific to B2B customer requirements. Prior experience with heat transfer, hot stamping, laser engraving, film engraving, plate making, color grading, and image processing is considered a strong asset.
- Adaptability: Ability to lead in a fast-paced embroidery and screen-printing services environment with an understanding of the unique demands of B2B clientele.
- Pressure Management: Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines inherent in the embroidery and screen-printing services industry.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to uphold the quality standards expected by B2B customers in embroidery and screen-printing services.
- Workload Management: Proven ability to manage a large workload efficiently, optimizing production processes for output and quality.

Qualifications:

- A combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in senior leadership roles within the garment manufacturing industry, specifically in the field of embroidery and screen-printing services for B2B customers.
- Profound understanding of embroidery and screen-printing processes, supply chain management, and quality control in a B2B context.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful relationship-building in the B2B market.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within a small-sized manufacturing company specializing in embroidery and screen-printing services.

**Salary**: From $52.00 per hour
