We’ve received recognition as a global Best Places to Work and a recipient of many prestigious awards for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY: Responsibilities

- Formulate an Annual Compliance Plan Risk Assessment driven by value and risk, conducting compliance audits and analyses, identifying and addressing any compliance risks or control concerns across all functions.
- Ensure stakeholders are provided with current and accurate information to identify, assess, communicate, manage, and mitigate regulatory compliance risk, and maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements in operations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports to relevant authorities as necessary.
- Develop or amend ADP Canada’s compliance policies as new business activities impose different legislative requirements, and as efficiencies are actively discovered.
